He has successfully assisted senior counsel in several cases, and has conducted trials and appeals at all levels of the Malaysian courts, with several cases reported in law journals. He has also worked with both local and international clients and has obtained a Norwich Pharmacal disclosure order against a regional bank as part of a cross-border claim to recover monies in relation to a global fraudulent investment scheme. He has also managed to negotiate compensation for a British national in a negligence case against a local company prior to trial. Recently, he was appointed to represent a local highway authority in a negligence claim and was successful in defending the same. Aside from his legal practice, Mohd Azinuddin is also active in legal education. He has conducted courses for Malaysia Airport Berhad officers on liabilities of carriers, and has taught opinion writing classes at a local public university.
